"Nice location and facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had a two bedroom villa facing the marina. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet. It was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The resort is older, but well maintained. There are stairs in the units that could be problematic for people with mobility issues. "We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. "

We had such beautiful interactions with the staff, especially Richard, the barista. He was an answer to so many of our prayers! "The staff was great. Whenever you needed anything they were on it. The room is small so for those that enjoy tiny living...this is great. We may go for the suite next time. The grounds we kept nice and clean at all times. The staff cleans the chairs and hammocks daily for the guest to sit and enjoy. The neighbors have chickens and dogs. The sound of the coqui was awesome. We loved it. The Luquillo beach is only 10 mins from the guesthouse. There are plenty of great places to eat in the local...
