A woman was assaulted in the lobby with the glass door shattered. Police were investigating. The hallway smelled of smoke and other substances. The elevator was broken. The room was barely adequate.

Virtual check in with a screen that kept blacking out. Room was filthy. Toilet was covered in tape residue. AC unit has mold. Every corner had an inch of filth. Bathtub broken. I stay in inexpensive hotels often and don't expect much but this was awful.

The place is very bad. I reserved a king accessible room and they had none available. The virtue check in is a nightmare with unqualified staff. They tried to give me a double room that my wife's wheelchair could not get in the bathroom at all. Did not stay and they are supposed to give me a refund. Expedia should remove this hotel from their inventory. Reviews are horrible.

the staff was very good and helpful the hallway/lobby entrance was filthy there was confusion with my room i had to wait for them to find me another room so I didnt feel real safe being by myself when I noticed there was no staff at the desk just a robot ??? or someone over the intercom??? very strange

Having a door with outside access was ideal. The room is spacious and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. A kleenex box in the room and a thorough sweep underbed the bed would have made the stay perfect.

Automated check-in was inconvenient and their computer system did not have my Expedia reservation. Check-in took 50min and would have been impossible without the help of Catherine at the front desk. She saved the day.

Upon arrival my boyfriend and I waited at the front desk for five minutes until someone talked to us. The whole place was freezing cold. We found dog hair in our bed and that was all you could smell was dog. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. The building was very run down and old and just seemed very sketchy.
