"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

I wish the area was a little better built up. A lot of businesses closed but the grounds of hotel and restaurant inside made up for it. Plus easy drive to amazing areas. "Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

"We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!"

"While I enjoyed the hotel and the staff were extremely warm and helpful, they facility is a little tired. The location was ideal. That being said, the stay was not worth the cost. Great one time adventure."

"I didn’t like the size of the bed. They basically said that one room can fit five people but it didn’t. So I checked out the next day, and checked in to another hotel."

"This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again."
