"Was a nice property, clean rooms, and good condition. The bed was comfortable, could’ve used a few more pillows, but that’s just a nice to have. There is a Dutch Bros coffee shop that is walking distance is you are okay with a small walk. A nice place to stay."

"If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. "
