"We had a wonderful stay at ARA Alcudia. Leading up to our stay we received check in information from Paco who was a friendly and welcoming host throughout our stay. We arrived late to the hotel to check in, the check in was straight forward and the next working we received a warm welcome from Catalina with helpful advice as to where to visit and rent bikes from for the week. "De locatie was zeer goed. Terras zeer uitnodigend. Mooi gerenoveerd hotel Receptie personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Als 4 sterren accommodatie iets meer verwacht van de voorzieningen. Weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt zelf je sinaasappel sap met een hand perser moeten persen, daar zijn m.i modernere vormen voor waar ze de gast mee van dienst kunnen zijn."

"It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent.
The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly...

"This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to a wonderful beach and is adjacent to a large sea water lake.
The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and always had a lovely smile for us.
The food is excellent and you really couldn't want for more freshly cooked meals.
The only negative is the location. There are lots of cheap supermarkets in the area.
We would go back and stay at the Bamboo though as it's a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to chill out."
