"Booked room at 8pm. Tried many ways to contact property for late check-in around midnight. Arrived to a sign at door advising to go next door for late check-in. Booked a room with 2 beds. Received 2 connecting beds. Went next door to ask for a solution. Was given 2 flat sheets to separate the beds for the night."

"Reception staff ask for deposit 400€ and promises send straight back when we move out. But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit.
We are back already 3 days and we dzīvē till home 22 hr, i try to contact - send message- ask about deposit... but still noone not answer and i not...

"Très bel appartement moderne et spacieux, idéalement situé entre la vieille ville le château et le lac. Cependant quelques défauts et il manque la mise à disposition de certains éléments de cuisine indispensables(casserole, torchon, égouttoir pour vaisselle et aliments).
L'état de propreté est parfait, la literie excellente (oreillers peut être à changer). Bien insonorisé sauf du côté de la porte d'entrée.
Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. "
