"The front desk was a bit slow in checking in people. Given it's a pretty busy hotel during high season, expect a wait. My Expedia reservation said that I can have free breakfast but when the receptionist checked she said I did not. I didn't want to argue so just let that go since I had a super early flight, but either the receptionist is not professional or the hotel system is not in sync with the Expedia reservation system.
