"The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was supplied with all necessities. There were two downsides to the room. The air conditioner seemed to be on a master control at night. We had it set for 68 degrees to allow for good sleeping but would wake up many times during the night from the heat. The thermostat read 70 at one point but it felt much warmer as the night went on and cool again by morning. Secondly, the coffee machine at breakfast was "out of order" and I was surprised to see there was no backup coffee pot since that is how many people start the day. Upon request, the front desk did supply extra packs of coffee to make in our room."

"Although i had no major issues and my room and the property were clean, faucets handle for the sink was broken and fell off... i could easily put it back on and it functioned but still.... the baseboard in my room was detached in several places and there was some broken tiles in the shower area. The pool and hot tub were conveniently out of order. The breakfast selection was simple muffins, cereal, oatmeal selections. Nothing fancy or great but at least there were some options. The staff was not rude but not very professional either. "

"We got in late and the A/C in our room didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal but we did have to switch rooms fairly late. Location is kind of in a questionable area, too. I would say. Especially for the price. The girl with the purple hair working the front when we arrived was ten stars tho! Absolutely fantastic service. "

"Microwave broken , said to bad, no shuttle like advertised, cold shower if the next door person took one eirlier. Terrible place"
