"建物自体は料金以上に良かった。 以下の対応状況から、（OYOによる）管理状況には改善の必要があるように感じた。 ・予約連絡メールの連絡先（電話番号）が更新されてなく、夜中の現地到着時に連絡が取れなく非常に心細い思いをした。 ・入室時からの不具合（照明が点かない／トイレットペーパが無い／洗濯機が動かない etc.）への対応に、「すぐに行きます！」との回答をするだけで結局２日間も対応してもらえなかった。 ・案内された部屋が予約ルームと違っていて、数日後に急遽別の部屋に移動させられた。"

"Nous sommes arrivés à l'accueil , il a fallut attendre 2h qu'une personne de l'extérieure viennent nous chercher pour monter au 22ème étage. Elle restée 5 mn montre en main , il a fallu 17 coup de téléphone et 24h pour avoir les codes wi fi (mes appareils comme mon Echo .dot et Google ne pouvaient pas fonctionner) 2 heures plus tard le tuyau de la douche explose, il y avait de l'eau partout. 2 heures plus tard encore c'est le ventilateur de plafond qui tombe en panne de même que la lumière...

"チェックインが大変だった。事前にエージェントとコンタクトする必要があり、その際にwhatappsの情報をもらっておくらしい。現地には受付がなく、知らずにいって途方にくれた。電話してもwhatappsは？と聞かれ、英語がそれなりに出来ないと苦労します。部屋は予約と違ってツインがダブルだった。 場所はアクセスしやすく、1人だと設備の広さは十分でセキュリティもあるが、三泊して、ハウスキーピングはなし。トイレットペーパーの予備やドライヤーもないので、家族で車移動の方向きなのかな。"
