Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Amazing. We were upgraded to a honey moon suite, they decorated our room and given goodies jumper. I am Very grateful of the extra mile they took to make our day spacial. Hospitality is on top notch. Very professional.

Nice clean But could use the Upgrade.

I like the hotel. The lobby was nice. The dining area was lovely. The staff was fantastic. However, they could use an up grade a bit. My first morning there I couldn’t take a shower because the water ran out Brown, now I know it’s not their fault, but I couldn’t take a nice hot shower. Also, the buffet, very expensive. I think $30 for a buffet is way too expensive. Also, there needs to be a working phone number. I tried to call multiple times for days to get a shuttle to pick me up to bring me to the hotel. I couldn’t reach the hotel at all.
