This property is very unkempt and in very poor condition. You should not have it on your site. We stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. The staff were great and the room though old was clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The grounds were a mess. It is a shame as could be a good hotel

Un horrible séjour

Chambres très vieillottes, très rudimentaires au niveau des équipements (frigo cassé avec une odeur épouvantable, salle de bain très sale, serviettes à l'aspect et l'odeur douteux, etc). Leau de la piscine était trouble. Panne d'électricité en soirée... Hôtel à fuire et déconseillé par des habitants de Lovina eux-mêmes !

Hôtel bien placé mais en mauvais état....

Hôtel défraîchi qui est bien placé mais en mauvais état ! Bon accueil, chambre vieille, WiFi quasi inexistant, literie à changer, salle de bain bof bof.... Quel dommage. Piscine et transat très fatigués...

Platwalsen en opnieuw opbouwen. Huisjes met inhoud (water in douche liep niet weg) zwembad, restaurant, terrassen om zwembad, terras aan zee in vieze en slechte staat. Tafelkleden op tafeltjes waren te vies om aan te raken, zijn daarom verderop ontbijt gaan nuttigen.

This place is a little bit lost in time, and an overall lonely feeling about it I think we might have been the only guests there. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating though.

Inget jag skulle rekommendera någon. Fick två rum utan varmvatten. Riktigt eftersatt ställe. Synd för läget var jätte bra. Nära havet och restauranger. Fick byta rum efter vi sagt till och där fanns det varmvatten. Men tyvärr lika eftersatt. Trevliga ungdomar som jobbade där. Sunkig pool.

Leider war das Zimmer trotz regelmässiger Zimmerreinigung versifft, in der Speisekarte stehende Speisen waren nicht vorhanden, das Poolwasser mit Blättern verschmutzt und sehr trüb. Leider musste ich meinen Aufenthalt abbrechen und nach Hause fliegen, da ich aufgrund der Verunrwinigungen erkrankte. Das Personal war stets bemüht den Gästen gerecht werden zu können.

Toista kertaa tässä hotellissa, jokin ihme tässä viehättää. Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen. Paikat kaipaavat kunnostusta ja jotain korjausta tms onkin kuulemma tulossa. Tiedoksi, että alueen paras kauppa, länsimaistyylinen supermarket on n. 300 metrin päässä, eli pepito market löytyy, kun kääntyy oikealle tietä pitkin, siis poispäin delfiini patsaasta.

A hotel needing maintenance with excellent staff. Sadly at end of life. Grounds are poorly maintained, grass not cut. Would I recommend to a friend? A qualified yes The location is excellent but if you wish pristine surroundings the there are other cheaper hotels nearby that should consider

Sadly at end of life

This Hotel is in a great location, probably as good as Lovina can offer. The Hotel staff are excellent and do everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay. The pool is pleasant. Unfortunately the hotel has been neglected and is run down. Would I recommend it to a friend? Well I did stay a second time, but if you are one to want a pristine experience there are other hotels nearby that could be better suited to you.

Price-Performance Ratio very attractive

The best impression is the Reception Staff. Checking in and out is very fast and easy. The location is very strategically and front beach is nice and clean. Internet was available but little slow.Pool water was milky and don't attract for a jump in the pool. Could be a very nice Hotel but presently more Hostel category would need a overall renovation/lift up. But since it is very price worthy we have still enjoyed our stay with good Breakfast and can recommend this as a good budget solution for a short or even for a longer stay. If again in that area, We guess to stay again in this place.

Nie wieder.

Das hotel ist sehr alt, zimmer sind schrecklich, wie in einem altem Gefängnis. Essen ist fast unessbar, und wenn man essen bestellt wartet man Ewigkeit und dann kriegt man irgendwann kaltes essen auf dem tisch. Service ist sehr nett. Strand ist da und ist sehr schön. Trotzdem definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Séjour agréable, chambre vieillotte.

Arrivé dans l'après midi avec des formalités express et un verre de bienvenue. L'équipe qui gère cet hôtel est particulièrement souriante et agréable.  L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, la piscine est bien agréable. La chambre est équipée correctement, tv (pas de tv5) climatisation (silencieuse), réfrigérateur, eau chaude dans la sdb. Le wifi fontionne correctement. Un bemol, la chambre et la sdb sont particulièrement vétuste, la décoration aurait besoin d'être revue... La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pratiquement au centre de la plage de Lovina (à 100m du monument avec des dauphins) Le séjour a été agréable malgré les petits désagréments de la chambre cités ci dessus. Pour terminer le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. J'y retournerais si je devais passer par Lovina.

Extremely run down, leaking aircon, toilet not flushing so had to move rooms. Limited breakfast. Dangerous balcony with sign saying don't lean on ballastrading. Putu was a wonderful staff member! Won't be going back!!

Great location. Right on beach and two minute walk to local shops, restaurants and little Lovita vendors who are great to talk to and buy touristy stuff. Hotel older and rooms could use facelift but staff are great and eager to help and pool beautiful.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel am Strand

Hotel in direkter Strandlage, dessen besten Jahre deutlich vorbei sind. Garten-Anlage und Gebäude von außen noch ok. Zimmer innen mit mind. 25 Jahre alten Möbeln. Letzte Renovierung der Zimmer auch viele Jahre her. Einfache Betten, allerdings mit relativ neuen, etwas festeren Matratzen, auf denen man gut liegt. Bäder sehr einfach, die lt. Beschreibung angebliche vorhandene "Regendusche" ist eine ganz einfache Handbrause mit zusammengestückelten Wasserhähnen an denen eine Temperaturregelung faktisch kaum möglich ist. Zimmer nur im "Sichtbereich" geputzt. Handtuchwechsel nur nach Aufforderung, 1 Duschtuch pro Person, keine normalen Handtücher, keine Pool-Handtücher, Qualität der Duschtücher zwischen stark abgenutzt und kurz vor "Putzlappen". Eigentlich schöner Pool, aber leider auch mind. 30 fehlende Fliesen, Wasserqualität gerade noch ok. 8 einfache Holzliegen am Pool, aber nur 6 vollkommen kaputte Auflagen. Kaffee-/Tee-Zubereitung im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann 1 kleiner Wasserkocher mit 350 Watt ins Zimmer gestellt. Personal freundlich und bemüht, aber eher hilflos. Lt Auskunft des Personals läuft der Pachtvertrag in 2 Jahren aus und daher investiert der Hotelbetreiber nichts mehr in das Hotel. Dem Hotel droht das gleiche Schicksal wie schon anderen Hotels in der Nähe: es wird geschlossen und verfällt dann einfach. Strand vor dem Hotel ungepflegt, am Strand nach Lovina Beach "Zentrum" nur ca. 3 Min. Fußweg.

快適なホテルでした。

思ったより古いホテルで、日本で言うと民宿に泊まった感じ。 でも、スタッフはフレンドリーでよく気遣いもしてくれて良かった。 場所はロビナの中心に近く、歩いてコンビニやお土産屋・レストランに行ける。 また、目の前は海で物売りもいたけど、漁師さんに一人700円程でシュノーケリングに行ってもらった。 同じ漁師の友達に、夕方かｆらは5000円で船をチャーターして3時間程の釣りも出来た。 釣った魚はホテルで300円程で全て料理をしてもらえる。 漁師の家はホテルの目の前で、朝から浜でボーとしていると寄ってくる。 イルカウオッチングも行ってもらえるそうだ。 ひとつ物足りないのは、朝食の量です。 ワンプレートにジュースのみで、おかわりをしたらちゃんと料金が追加されていました。
