"The staff was amazing everybody was super friendly and ready to help you with whatever you needed. I really enjoyed the housekeeping staff they were always joking and happy and always made sure I had everything I needed in my room for my stay.
To the delightful lady who checked me in and had to help me get a third party authorization when my credit card didnt work, you are an absolute Rockstar! Thank you for your patience with my confusion and walking my friend and I through getting me checked in. I wish I could remember your name but you absolutely NAILED IT at your job and I appreciate you."

"Our stay was ok, breakfast was pretty good. Our suite was comfortable and clean. Our big complaint was the hot tub, it was not hot the jets didn’t work and it was filthy dirty. I couldn’t even get in it fully. Very dissatisfying.
And there was a kids lacrosse thing going on in Kelowna that weekend so the hotel was busy with lots of children. I wish the staff would of told me that when I called to ask questions "

"It was good. Room was clean and quiet.
Bit of a problem checking out.
No one was around when I left early in the morning and there was nowhere to leave the key. I left a message that I would be back later to check out and was charged for not leaving the key. A bit of confusion there, but I have checked my visa statement and that charge has been returned."
