Took us over 1 hour to get bedding for the pull out couch…after 3 calls, we finally received them. The shower had no door, so showers were cold. The room was freezing when we got there and took several hours to get cooled down.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach
We got a suite and the fridge wasn’t working. We requested it to be fixed multiple times and were just told someone would come but no one would show up. We weren’t given much accommodations considering we got a suite.

El hotel estuvo excelente, todo limpio. Las camas super comodas. Lo unico que no me gusto fue la comida que venden abajo en el restaurante. Esta bien ubicado cercano a muchos sitios
