"The hotel looks and feels like a mall from the 1990s that's been deserted by its customers. The lobby is empty, they hardly have anywhere to sit, no warmth, no buzz from people congregating to have a drink or a coffee. It's not welcoming in the least.
Honestly, there's no reason to stay at this hotel with so many better ones at the same (or lower) price nearby."
