"Hi,
The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. While I understand it maybe the impossible task to keep the bird crap off everything, I believe a little more effort should be put towards that. While I did not tell the desk about the issues we had, #1 the tube did not drain well, at the end of a short shower we would stand in about 2 inches of soapy water, #2, the slider to the deck, was hard to open and extremely difficult to close, had to put full body force into closing it, needs...
