"Not all rooms have A/C nor access to a lift / elevator. There is a heatwave going on and the rooms are extremely hot… If you are in one of the larger family suites on the 2nd floor be prepared to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs"

I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. "While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled."
