"Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. "Staff super friendly. Food was amazing Clean room and facility"

"George at the front desk was informative and funny ! Room was clean ! The best aspect is of course the view from the large deck/balcony you share with all the adjoining rooms. Each room has their own tall double Adirondack seats to enjoy the lovely view of Lake Seneca ( I hope I’m stating the correct lake I’m Not from round these parts! lol ) we did visit the area after everything had closed for the season mostly. "The late fall morning experience from the manor was exemplary impressive. The rom was spacious for three of us and breakfast was as cozy as it was at home plus the view to the lake through the crisp fall air. Highly recommended."

"Room was clean Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and interactive. I would stay there again"

"The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!"

"5 stars all around! Wonderful staff, accommodations and property. We will be back!"
