"I typically stay here whenever I’m in Atlanta because it’s really convenient but this property really needs some upgrades. Only one elevator was work. Pool was closed. Never got room cleaned and when I asked for a wash cloth I was given a towel."

"First room we were given, the door did not lock properly. Next room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty towels everywhere. The final room, the toilet seat was broken and the sink was cracked. This facility is well past its prime. While the location is very convenient to the airport, the lack of good sound insulation meant every takeoff was extremely loud, making sleep difficult."

"The property needs remodeled really really bad the elevator when it stops it bangs really hard the rooms my room floor can't soft spot and tape on the floor. The tub was hideous. The toilet was hideous look like they poured paint down it. I guess you get what you pay for and we had to beg for towels in a couple days. We went without towels because they didn't have them."

"I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. The property had a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere felt poorly maintained. My interaction with the night staff was also disappointing—they seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question, which made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the customer service and condition of the property did not justify staying here."

"The property was incredible! I had booked my room online. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that there wasn’t a room available. Consequently, I didn’t have the opportunity to stay there. Nevertheless, it appears to be a fantastic place to stay."

"Cheap and about what I expected"

"Staff was horrible I drove 3 and a half hours and got there around 11.30 to check in which my reservation said check in was between 11 and 3. Staff said you have to pay for early check in. I said no and showed her my reservation and she was like oh I don’t know why it says that. I had to go find somewhere to go until 3:00 and I was already tired from the drive. Highly disappointed."
