"We booked 1 night for breaking a long drive from Cappadocia to Fethiye. When we arrived around 8pm exhausted, our check-in was delayed due to some payment issue even though we already paid to Expedia upon booking. After talking to the boss on the phone and then waited for a while, he came in person to explain that Expedia hadn't paid them a lot of money for a long time. In fact he was going to sue Expedia. "The owner did everything in his power to make us comfortable. He catered to my dietary requirements, made adjustments when needed and even drove us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the bus. You can tell he loves doing this. Such a lovely person and I would definitely come back."
