"Thank you, thank you! We booked for a soccer tournament and had to book via a soccer app with the team. Not sure about those but the original location was dirty and noise, thank goodness Arrive was available and even let us check in early! That my friends was a godsend. Will definitely book again when in Wilmington!"

"We loved our stay! My favorite parts were the delicious breakfast and relaxing on the patio. Sheri clearly puts a lot of thought into accommodating guests' dietary preferences. The area is charming and cozy. Perfect for a walk or run, and conveniently close to everything! My only suggestion would be to add king-size beds to all rooms. The queen beds were comfortable, but a king bed would be even better for couples."

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed is a little hard for me but comfortable. The room was amazingly clean, the sheets were stained but cleaned. The bathroom was very clean. The neighbors were very loud . All in all it was a good stay for the money."

"What amenities? You had to take out your own trash, exchange 1:1 dirty towels, etc, and change your own sheets. It was dark, smelled. Staff was quick to tell you what you, the guest, needed to do, but completely unhelpful otherwise. When I took my sheets to exchange, first, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even show up at the front desk and then I was told they were too busy to give me clean sheets. It took them almost 2 hours to bring sheets to my room. You had to ask for dishes and...

"As a woman traveling by herself, I did not feel comfortable staying at this motel and ended up cutting my time there short. When I returned the first evening to my room, there were several men silently loitering outside right by my room’s door, and I did not feel safe there. Also the room was really worn-out, decrepit and smelly. The family who run the motel were very nice, but that’s the only good thing I could say."

"This was a friend's trip so we were more than 5 families in the same hotel but a family has a dogs so they take then out of hotel and leave the dogs for 5 minutes when guy was waiting for the owners of dogs we explained to him but starts the show his was saying that he called the police and don't let go us into the hotel untill police arrived we were discussing this almost one hour "
