"Front desk staff Imesia and Dan were excellent. Helpful, courteous, and professional and very friendly. Catalina the van driver was awful rude and doesn’t speak English and sour personality. The swimming pool was great and the foosball and Ping Pong very nice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our room 265 was a beautiful view of the courtyard and clean with a pleasant smell."

"Unbelievably loud from street traffic. Very difficult to try to sleep even with air conditioner on.
When I came down in the morning to check out the staff person never asked how things were and barely acknowledged me. Very unprofessional.
Will think twice about staying there again, considering the price I paid for the room.
I did appreciate the shuttle service though."
