"This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices."

"The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing."

"While I understand that the hotel was in remodel mode, i found that it looked rather run down. The sink drain would not open. A maintenance man quickly came and fixed it though, so I appreciated being able to use the sink.
Breakfast was not great. At 6:30, the breakfast consisted of 2 bagels, 3 blueberry muffins, some cold cereal, powdered reconstituted eggs. The sausages and potatoes looked fine, but there was nothing to interest kids.
The pool area is really lovely but it is tricky to get...

"This is decent property. Staff was friendly and helpful. But our key needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Nice decor and updated, only a little worn in spots (cracked tile on bath floor, rust on pool door). Staff was busy but garbage overflowing in multiple spots. Parking lot looks they are expanding as it is not all paved. Pool is short and shallow good for kids not so good for lap swimming or water fitness. Our suite was nice and roomy and bedding was good quality."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was okay. I only ate there once and it was very close to closing time, so I don't think I can give a fair opinion. My room was clean upon arrival. I did not use the housekeeping service after that so again I really don't have an opinion. Parking was great, close to the entrance.i did request fresh towels once towards the end of my week long stay and they were in my room whenI arrived back."
