"Room was cleaned, but corridors could have been better cleaned. Rooms were smelling bad, so could have been better cleaned and refreshed. Breakfast was good, little more options can be added. Amenities are very old, so need upgrades. There is no security, anyone can enter the property except you have the key to enter the room, so property owner should think of having the keyed entry to the property. "Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. "This was by far one of the best, cleanest hotels I stayed at! I love that the floors aren’t that dirty carpet that you see at most hotels. The staff was helpful and lovely. The heat/ac in the room was quiet. The room looked very updated. Location was convenient and perfect to get on the highway, restaurants, shops. An 11/10!"

"The elevator wasn’t working. I’m disabled and my room was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smells terrible. Idk if it was the staffs body odor or what. Terrible. Smell.
Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok.
Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again."

"My first room the toilet wasn’t working. Got moved to a 2nd room and the shower had a terrible leak, and no more rooms were available because the hotel was booked solid. I had to listen to the shower dripping all night for 3 nights. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."
