"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. "My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues.
1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th.
2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy.
