"This hotel experience was very average. We stayed for 3 nights. I booked the 4 queen bed room. It has one restroom for 8 people. It wouldn’t have been bad if maybe we had enough towels for everyone. I asked for more towels and was only handed 2. Toilet paper ran out quick and thought that the employees would restock it. Breakfast was ok, it only had one waffle maker, toast, pop tarts, cereal, coffee, and juice. Front desk people were nice. The beds did there job. The indoor pool is pretty small....

"Very nice and clean! A hot shower to die for. My wife told me after her shower, that I have never have a great of a shower as I was going to have. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Check in and check out was great. We did eat at the adjoining restaurant and the service, with a smile, and the food was excellence. Convenient to everything. Nothing missing!"

"This is the oldest hotel in Texas and it is so well maintained. The people are friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and the air purifier lulls me to sleep with the white noise. I loved staying here! They have a beautiful courtyard and friendly cats, too! I will definitely be back there soon!"

"I've stayed there many times and I enjoyed my stay."

"This hotel ahould be marketed as vintage, classic or nostalgic for us Gen Xers. It is clean, safe, maintained, has good water pressure and a value price. This is exactly like what we would have expected in the 70s or 80s on a family road trip and would have loved.
