Staff are very nice and helpful. They helped me find a better room my second day here. Parking is convenient and rooms are clean.

The room door would not close or lock, you had to lift the door for it to latch in place. Same with the deadbolt. Shower tub wouldn't drained properly it took for ever. The evening staff man were very rude.

Rooms clean and the staff was very nice breakfast was ok. Only issue was the air conditioner was leaking water didn't notice tell we left. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel

I will probably not be staying here for my visit next year for my annual tournament. The breakfast layout was very minimal. It checks the box but the advertisement of it overly embellished it. The room had a slight mildew smell to it due to the heavy rains - air conditioning does not dehumidify a space. The biggest issue for me was the repeated need to reactivate my room key - my roommate and my other friends staying there ALL had the same issue. So we had to repeatedly revisit the front desk each time we returned to the hotel. Finally, I had to repeatedly use different entrances to avoid the "resident" homeless man that likes to sleep near the side entrances.

The fact that there was a roach in the bed took the cake for me. The room next to me had so many kids in their room. They were loud until about 3/4am. I called the front desk and was advised me that they would say something. That didn’t work. Then the staff knocked on my door 8:30am almost 9am to ask me if I had any towels that need to be washed. Me assuming that maybe they didn’t have enough towels for the occupancies. I didn’t not get a good nights rest. It was a horrible stay.

My staff stayed at the hotel for two nights. Initially the room was clean. However, the next day the room was never cleaned. There were many parties going on at the hotel and so much noise. My guys were unable to sleep.

A/C noisy and loud. Roach dead in the bathroom. Blankets and bedsheets they look old and not so clean. Room smells like smoke from cigarettes. Really old property.

The staff, we interacted with, was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast food was not appealing. The hotel is older and there was a lot of noise from the halls. They did not have luggage cart to help get your luggage from your car to your room.
