"Overall nice room but no Hot water from the sink + it was leaking behind the fixture. Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went."

We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. "Checking area is nice and clean, the rest of the hotel was dirty. Only one elevator worked. The restroom was dirty. The carpet was severely worn out in room. The AC worked sometimes, set it at 68 and the room was still warm. Not really good hotel to stay at overall."
