"This hotel seems very old and needs to be updated. I feel like that is the case with the area. I’m sure it was a premier place to stay back in the day and is close to many things. The general area feels runs down and I just did not enjoy it. Our best day was going to Yosemite. I did not care for San Fran much we went to several areas throughout the city and it just felt dirty. We enjoyed riding the streetcar on Powell and Hyde seeing the GG bridge. I would honestly never plan to go back. "

"Room was remodeled and very neat and clean. View of the city was wonderful. Staff was very nice from front desk to housekeeping. Amenities on property were wonderful. My son loved the pool table, foosball, and games. Free coffee was wonderful and you can purchase goodies right on property. Seating areas just to hangout were great. Only two things that were opportunities….. the a/c blows right on the bed, it needs some sort of diverter and the shower pressure was okay and products were not...
