"Best parts of the Claridge: The old world charm and the fantastic shower. Seriously, it's not big but it's one of he best showers I've had in a hotel in ages. The bed was comfortable and most of the staff were great. What ruined the experience: Erica at reception was an absolute jerk in every interaction. The system was down so she wanted a copy of credit cards and ID and refused to offer any reassurance those copies would not be kept forever. It's a small reassurance given that in Europe, you aren't allowed to do that at all (make copies of credit cards). She was also unbelievably rude."

"We stayed here in May of 2026 and had a great time. The property has excellent security but not too "in your face." The room was very clean, the water pressure perfect, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There are two restaurants at the hotel, an Irish pub and one serving Asian cuisine, both very good. (There is also small Target and a large Whole Foods Market that are about a 7 or 8 minutes walk away if you feel like cooking or just want to stock up on snacks.) And of course there other restaurants in walking distance. Speaking of the neighborhood - hotel is at the beginning of the museum district, you can walk to the Ben Franklin Institute, the Rodin Museum, the Barnes Collection, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and the main branch of the library which is like a museum. All are dazzling - actually a little overwhelming! Back to the hotel be sure to check out the rooftop pool and terrace, we got some beautiful photos and found it a peaceful way to end the day. Most of all a shout out to the staff. From the greeting when we drove up to the man who assisted us in packing the car as we left everyone was friendly and professional. The restaurant servers were helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few minor issues in our room that Engineering immediately fixed. The front desk staff was friendly, patient with our questions, and in general went above and beyond for us. Thanks to all for a great stay in a great city."

"Worst resort I've ever stayed at. The room was horrible. It was outdated dirty. The shower didn't work. The phone didn't work. There was no latch on the front door. There was a music playing below my window till 1 o'clock in the morning. Couldn't call the front desk because the phone wouldn't work I know when I woke up in the morning and there was no shower that kind of pushed me over the edge when I reported it to the manager by the name of Donald, who is very condescending and sarcastic he took off my resort fees, and that was all who was you for me when he asked me why I didn't come down to let them address the issues I told him I was addressing the issues right now and here was his opportunity then he said I've had enough of this conversation and walked away. I would never stay in this hotel again ever it was nasty. It was dirty. The people were unprofessional, and it was just a really bad experience. "

"The room was big and well appointed. There were many restaurants to choose from and the pool and gym were excellent. Prices were high for food and some of the staff were a bit grumpy and rude, but the hotel was terrific and we would definitely return."

"Will not stay here again. I find it ridiculous they will not serve drinks while gambling unless you have one of their loyalty cards to prove how much money you spend. We had a hotel room, and spent the majority of our time on the slots. We are from out of state and this policy is alienating people who are not from the area. There were no perks to make us want to stay there again."

"Our room at Caesar's was a bit of a disappointment. I had called the front desk before I made my reservation. They told me that the room I reserved would have an ocean view. Well, this room had a view of the roof of the building. Period. An old rug and lots of white stones. There were so many people checking in that night and we had to leave for a show or I would have gone down to complain. My advise: don't rely on the word of the people at the desk. Other than that, it was a good room and a nice hotel. "
