"The hotel was in disrepair. Tileless ceilings, pooly patched walls, and unfresh smell. The bathroom in our room, 104, was in need of some repairs and bath tub/shower insert replacement. The shower was probably clean but looked filthy as did the walls and ceiling. The light fixture did not have a cover and there was a hole in the wall by the kleenex dispenser."

"Upon arriving the lobby was nice. Tonight's surprise discovered that the AC was out in the building. When I asked how long it had been out I was told the day before which I later found out was untrue because later I looked at other sites reviews and discovered that the AC had been out for 4 days. They offer no compensation and told me that the only thing I could do was get a refund. They didn't even have free water at the least for the guess."

"This is an excellent hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Hilton continues to uphold a high standard in these areas. We checked in on June 13, 2026, at approximately 10:15 PM for a one-night stay. I am awarding 4 stars rather than 5 due to our check-in experience. "Staff was was receiving lot of complaints from people staying at the location but kept there cool and worked it out the best they could. The room had rust stains on the floor. The trim and mildew oder gave it away that the room had flooded recently. The bathroom was discussing, cracks in the wall around the tub, the ware on the door looks like it was a public bathroom at some point. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn't see the steps to enter the pool . It was really hot in the elevator...

"This was the most sparsely furnished place we have ever stayed. The room itself was spacious enough, and it was well cleaned. However, it lacked a lot of things that other hotels we have visited include just as a matter of course. Our room had no chairs, no table, no place to hang clothes, and there were no outlets in the bathroom. There was no microwave nor refrigerator in our room, no iron nor ironing board, no coffee maker, and not even a coffee pot at the front desk. No breakfast was...

"Nice clean room; very courteous helpful staff My only complaints are that room cleaning should be every other day (at least fresh towels), and there was no handicap bar in the shower to prevent slipping and falling, which is important as I am getting older."
