"Air conditioning worked, it wasn’t real clean, ice machines on 1st floor didn’t work well and on 4th floor didn’t work at all. Breakfast wasn’t real good but was eatable, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, it was kinda noisy. It was a place to sleep, that’s what we were after."

"First off, they do not clean your room unless you specifically ask for it. Secondly, took me three rooms to find one that didn’t smell like smoke, smell musty, and was OK. After that, it was pretty much what you would expect from Best Western. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. I probably would not stay there again."

"Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area."

"The room was clean and bed super comfortable. When eating at restaurants or the pool side the staff was super slow. The food at the sports bar was below average. The steak restaurant was amazing. We would have liked to see more of a dress code for the upper end steakhouse though. Someone came in wearing a Homer Simpson tshirt and it just kills the ambiance.
