"The hotel is in a great location and has Vermont charm throughout. Breakfast was well stocked. My particular double queen room was a bit tired and in need of a facelift. Staff was ok, just not overly friendly. Gym was out of service for half of my stay, but that too looked tired and pretty basic."

"The hotel is nice and the pool area and gym are well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. Especially the staff at breakfast was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is decent and, if desired, in walkable distance to downtown. The only issue was that the free shuttle, which is great, was 1) not advertised and 2) was supposed to leave at 4:30 AM. But when we arrived the shuttle had already left even though it was specifically said that one must not arrive...
