"Don't understand why they didn't place boxsprings under the mattress. Lying in the bed you can feel the center board of the bed frame. I hope they work on that. The solo beds here are far more comfy"

"Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great."

"This is a nice small older motel that is out of the way. It is clean and quiet with a great staff. I always stay here as my halfway point when I am traveling to see family. They are pet friendly."

"Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot"

"Been staying here on and off visiting the kid at college, and love it! Conveniently, not in the middle of the campus crowds or traffic but still close enough to everything. Room is always clean, staff is attentive and helpful, decent breakfast and The View restaurant has a pretty good menu. Location is quiet and peaceful, even with wedding or golfing events going on. Will always return as long as it’s available to book each time. Thank you Wyndham!"

"Staff was great, very helpful and friendly! Pool was closed so we didn’t get to use that this weekend, but everything else was clean and well maintained. The layout was easy to navigate and the rooms were set up well. Great water pressure for my thick haired girlies (and guys)and it got HOT for those who like to boil! Breakfast was meh, but to be expected for your typical continental hotel breakfast. Ample parking, just be aware the restaurant that shares the lot does get busy on weekends. Would...

"The hotel is a bit older but for the price it’s a wonderful stay!! Like having a hotel bar to go for a drink and lovely breakfast each morning! Staff were very nice and friendly!"

"Beautiful decor, the best bedding I’ve seen, only a handful of rooms on 3rd floor (no elevator though), and terrific location right in the heart of State College. Good breakfast at the Corner Room just below . Highly recommend both."
