"The a/c turns off at night. Maintenance explained that it shuts off because it functions with motion detection. I would have to get up in the night and turn the thermostat off and on to get the a/c to run again."

If at all possible I think there should be some overflow space for where breakfast is since on high volume times it is difficult to find a seat. Aldo that high table top is too difficult for the elderly to sit at. I would replace it with a regular seat 8 table."
