"Breakfast was very good all nice and hot.
Unfortunately the room still had rubbish in it from previous occupants.
The shower had more water coming out the bath taps than the shower head!
All staff were very helpful and friendly"

"The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff!
The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.
The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

"Exceptional staff in the restaurant and room service very responsive and helpful. Room spacious 5 minutes away from the City Center walking for shopping and meals including grocery. Would stay again. Value for money. Nice area to just sit by the bar. Very comfortable. Didn’t use gym or spa but would have if time permitted."
