"Employee at front desk was extremely welcoming and nice to talk to. We have stayed there many times. I want to point out that sign in our room on dish washer was very old informing us that the dishwasher was out of order. Must have decided not to fix dishwashers this year. Also ice maker didn’t work. Cable service was very bad and remote barely worked at all. Very dated system. Place needed upgraded but it was cleaner than usual so that’s an improvement. Appreciated the staff making up the bed...

"The parking lot is gated, so it gives some extra security. There needs to be a "Lobby" sign above the front door so you can see which door to enter when you arrive, because there is more than one door in. The room was a very nice two bedroom suite with kitchen as described with plenty of room. Very nice and more than I expected."

"No one was available for check-in. I called the number I was asked to call if no one came to the front desk after pushing the call button. The call went to voicemail. After a 20 minute delay someone showed up at the check-in desk. They could not find my reservation so they picked a room. The room had not been cleaned. The prior occupant's phone charger was still plugged in. I took a photo of the bed when I came into the room. The bed had used towels on it and dirty sheets. Fortunately, I traveled prepared and made the best of it rather than getting frustrated by the lack of service at the front desk."
