A decent hotel

A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university so not within walking distance from the city or food areas.

Bu otelde ikinci kez kalışım. Bursa’ya geldiğimde gerek konumu ile gerek çalışanları ile çok hoş bir otel. Resepsiyon ve oda servisi çok kibardı. Kahvaltı tabağı çok zengindi ve lezzetliydi. Odadaki çay&kahve sayısı biraz azdı ancak isteyince zaten getiriyorlar. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Resepsiyonda 30 dakika bekletildim. Yok rezervasyon düşmedi yok rezervasyon yaptığınız yeri arayın vs. Sonra anlaşıldı ki görevli yanlış websitesini kontrol ediyor. Sigara içilen oda istemiştim, kalmadı gibi saçma sapan bir cevap aldım. Odalardaki TV küçücük ve hoparlörleri arızalı. 5 yıldız diye gitmeyin. En fazla 3ü hakediyor.
