"We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!"

"Very nice people who work there-but the whole 2 elevator thing is annoying. Very poor set up. Also not a lot of food choices-but the restaurant they do have is nice-but very limited menu."

"Comfortable beds. They put me in a suite for no extra cost. Wasn’t expecting that. Great to have. Staff treated me like a queen and family. Shuttled us to Kleinhans for Gregory Porter’s show, and back. Randy at the front desk was coordinator of all that good treatment, but every single staff person was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Outstanding hotel! The staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the pool (closes at 11!) and the 24-hour gym. Breakfast had a range of options - waffle station, croissant egg sandwiches, mini omelettes, and so much more! Very clean as well - every time we were in the lobby we noticed staff keeping things tidy. The kitchenette had everything we needed and much more; hand towels, a scrub daddy, pots and pans, etc. The remote control blinds were a luxury lol. Noticed a few bbqs outside the pool area...

"This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts."

"This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast."

"Went to use shower in the morning and there was no cold water only scalding hot, tried several ways to get cold water. So was not able to shower. Pretty awful"

"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

"Gorgeous castle and beautiful inside. The ceiling is so tall! The room was clean and recently renovated, I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that was confusing is that rooms with the odd numbers were in one wing and the rooms with the even were in another one and the staff did not explain this properly, so it took us awhile to find our room. Besides that everything was great."
