"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

"Brown Suites is amazing. Very clean, modern & high tech. By the time, we walked in, we were absolutely amazed. The view! It has a connecting walkway to Busan Station. Lots of dining options. Communication w/ the staff A+, prompt answer to any questions you have, staffs @ the storage room are very professional & efficient. I would highly recommend this place to friends & families."
