"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. "The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had a wonderful sea/bridge view and both room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom has a nice standalone bath which we used with hotel supplied bath salts. The bed was super comfortable and comforter/sheet were nice too. We appreciated a large safe as well. "Was in a great location. But that's about all it had going for it. The place is dark and dingey. Reception guy is nice. Our room was small and was really unventilated bedding felt wet. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the bath when we arrived. No shower Curtin and the seal around the bath needed replacing hard to shower too because it's in the bath and the shower head is small. The bed was rock hard and the walls are paper thin I didn't sleep because all I heard all night was thumping and...
