Had a good experience at this hotel staff were friendly easy check in and check out. Had a great view from our room and the rooftop pool was a plus with views of Haeundae Beach

The room was so nice and big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a nice glass shower and large soaking tub. The toilet was fancy with a heated seat and bidet. Loved the giant bedroom with a comfortable bed and ocean view but my absolute favorite is the rooftop heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. I used it every day and it’s open year round - a huge treat!

Very few amenities, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, coffee and water. Breakfast buffet was average. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. No rooftop bar, just a refrigerator with beverages to buy.

Great location with the beach and tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Love the rooftop pool/hot tub/sauna. Rooms had nice amount of space and were nice. The only thing we didn't like was the customer service was not great and you need to tell the front desk each morning if you want your room cleaned, as it's not done automatically like more hotels.

Pros Beautiful rooftop pool Pretty good location Clean and comfy room with lots of space Cons Please don’t announce at check in that I am travelling alone and then say my room and floor out loud. I didn’t feel unsafe but it’s not comforting for solo female travellers

Hands down the best hotel to stay at. Super close to the beach, the rooms are very spacious compared to most hotels. And the rooftop pool is a huge bonus. Amazing views at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Baymond Hotel during our stay in Busan. It is a couple of blocks from the end of Haeundae Beach, and although it is not directly in the hub of the beach action, it is an easy walk to restaurants, etc. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and our room was very comfortable. We opted for a King with the ocean view, and being able to look out onto the water from the window, day or night, was very nice. Although breakfast is not included in your room reservation, the dining options are plentiful, very good, and a really good value. Also, having the washer and dryer available to us was a nice bonus. My husband particularly enjoyed the roof top pool, and looked forward to an evening swim every night. Overall, the price of the stay was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Les chambres sont vraiment belles avec une belle vue sur la plage. Que dire de la piscine sur le toit avec la vue le soir c’est vraiment magique! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Great stay at Baymond Hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the location is ideal — close to the beach and central within the Haeundae neighborhood — and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

We received a nice room upgrade, the room was spacious and clean. The towels were soft. The bed was comfy and large. Good view of the ocean. Valet parking was a bonus.

We had a really nice room. The pool was amazing as it is heated to 32°C and the jacuzzi 36°C, good opening times and child friendly. Breakfast was really tasty too. Highly recommend.

Great property right by the beach nothing to complain about. Staff is great. Pool was nice rooms were big and clean. Not many rooms so the hotel is never crowded. Breakfast is a little thin on the weekdays but other than that perfect.
