Staff was very nice and gave us a map for dining options around the hotel. Lots to see and eat around within walking distance including a busy late night food district, seafood market, a department store and more. Room itself is nice and spacious, very clean, and the view is great.

This hotel interior is very beautiful and simple. The most amazing part of the hotel is the gym! If you are a gym junkie one of the best gym hotel you can ask for! I was surprise the amount of gym equipment it had!

Beautiful hotel in a great location

We had great stay here and if you are looking to stay in Nampo/Jagalchi area this is the perfect location, just 2 minutes walk to the closest subway station. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. And the front desk was excellent, giving us lots of recommendations for area restaurants. This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Korea!

Great location & friendly staff!!

Great location as its near subway, convenient stores and eateries. We booked an ocean view room and it was huge with great view. Hotel staff and owner spoke English, superb helpful and friendly! Staff assisted to book a taxi to airport one day in advance prior to our departure as our flight departs at 740am next day at a very reasonable price. Would love to stay at the same hotel should we visit Busan again. One comment - if theres a shower curtain installed in the toilet would be great as everytime someone showers, good grief, the bathroom is totally wet!!

We stayed here for two nights. We were very happy with our stay. We were very impressed with the warm welcoming we had and the introduction to the area and Busan when we arrived. We also tried one of the recommended (Chinese) restaurants and were very happy with the food. My wife enjoyed the public spa in the same building. She also tried the massage/bath and were ecstatic about it. Best she has ever had. The room was also nice with a good view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We would definitely want to stay here again next time we will visit Busan.

Excellent hotel and customer care.

Hotel was very clean and new. Customer service was excellent. Met the owner and he is a great guy, a very nice and knowledgeable person. Would rate him 10/10 and want to thank him very much for making our stay special. The front desk staff is very helpful and they referred us to good restaurants and attractions. Our room had a very nice ocean view and it was very relaxing to just take in the views. Hotel's location is very good, close to the subway and fish market. Will stay here again next time we are in Busan. Thank you very much.

I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.

It was so clean and kind. Also, it was located next to Jagalchi Market, a tourist destination, so it was convenient to transport and it was very quiet. Especially, the ocean view was so beautiful. The recently constructed hotel was clean and neat, so there was no fault. I feel like I'm being entertained because I think I've shown signs of sincerity and care everywhere in the bedding, floors, and toilets. It is the best hotel in Busan.

Not horrible, but nothing special

The "spa" is a normal Korean bath, that feels really unrelated to the hotel. So, yeah, just a normal men only and women only Korean bath - nothing special. Service was okay, but they forgot to order our taxi in the morning. The whole hotel felt a little random to be honest. The area is right by the fish market, but close to the food street. Really busy traffic in the area.

BEST customer service!

I wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful hotel. It's small, only 6 rooms on our floor. The room was perfect for 2 of us. Everything was super clean, some toiletries were provided, bath robe, and slippers as well. The gentleman at the front desk provided THE BEST customer service I have EVER experienced at any hotel in my life! Upon check-in, without us having to ask, he inquired what our plans were. He provided a map of local restaurants and sites of interest in the immediate area and offered assistance in finding transportation to other locations we might be interested in around Busan. He was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel also allowed baggage storage prior to check-in and after check-out. LOVED this hotel! I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Busan!

I really enjoyed my stay here, there were just a few things that affected the rating in the room. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. They checked each day if we wanted cleaning or new towels and upon check in gave us their Instagram with a map referencing all of their restaurant recommendations for a variety of foods. We stuck to Google, but it would have been great if we wanted to try different things like the best eel. The room had a great view of the water and is one of the reasons I chose it. It also had a spa bath and was modernish. For security, it didn’t feel unsafe by the fish markets but there are safer places too. We did have to pass 24h reception to get to the elevator but it didn’t need a key card to get up, which isn’t ideal security. Baggage storage is just anywhere in the lobby and I watched, so you can’t safely store your bags here. The room had a very hard mattress (which some people like) and was extremely hot like a sauna without air conditioning all night and dry if you do. There are lights all over the room to cover if you want a semi-dark sleep. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but enjoyed the friendly staff, view and the location was a short walk to the BIFF markets.

Great place to stay - the location is very close to Jagalchi Market & BIFF square so you are very close to great food places. The view is great too - we got a room with ocean view. Rooms were clean and bathroom was large. We also had access to Netflix. One thing that was a bit strange was that wifi was only available for number of devices equal to number of guests, so if we wanted to use wifi for laptop and phone we would have to disconnect one. I think in the listing it mentions there are gym facilities - but these are not free. If you pay 4,000won (~$4CAD) you get a ticket for access to gym / sauna / baths facilities once. If you're a regular gym go-er this can add up. The staff were friendly and even gave us free tickets to the gym sometimes. They also gave us some food recos around the area which was really nice. Overall a good experience.
