Great location as it was very handy to the markets and public transport. I was surprised there was no dryer as the laundry facilities was a big plus when booking.

Great little spot on the edge of the markets so perfect when you want to come back after sightseeing and go out again for something to eat. Walls are a little thin but not an issue if your neighbors are quiet. Compact and comfortable with friendly staff.

Room was on the 15th floor with great views. Great having the kitchenette and washing machine. The bed was hard. Location is convenient with lots around it and easy walk to the fish market. There is no staff contact. Check in is all online.

The studio was very new and clean. The small kitchen was very useful. It was a little bit small however it is probably just right for 2 people with a small luggage each. It is located in an extremely good area near Jagalchi and Biff markets. Overall for the price it was extremely good value. The check in procedure was slightly complicated though.

Good location but no human contact

I did not see a staff member the whole time I was there. This was a little unnerving as a solo traveler if something went wrong. Room was on the 15th floor with great views. Great having the kitchenette and washing machine. The bed was too hard for me. I only heard the neighbours in the hall and a little bit one night. Location is convenient with lots around it and easy walk to the fish market.

Smokers outside the lobby. The smell goes to the lift. Shower area shares with the toilet so the toilet gets wet. Room was not cleaned well had hair of last guest under the chair leg. Moziquito in the hallway so be quick to shut the door. I stayed here 6 nights no offer of extra towels or make up room. Aircon can only go down. Mattress had some sort of plastic covering so it felt like sleeping on a plastic tarp every time u moved you will wake up your partner. Would not book. Please avoid

Access to hotel requires you have Wi Fi

Check in was failure. Without internet you can't get the access code to hotel. We are international tourists (from Japan and USA) and don't have own wife or Korean cell phone service. Hotel said to get access code via korean website but we can't access. Alternate was to contact website we booked thru (Hotels.com). But I used Hotel.com chat and they were unable to get code as hotel didn't answer their call. Lucky I had Korean friend who called Urbanstay and the hotel sent access code to his cell phone. In future recommend you state when booking this hotel that access to hotel requires traveler have wifi and or Korean cell service in order to get room access code.
