"I loved this hotel. Lotte just does it right. The hotel room felt so clean and luxurious. The lobby is so beautiful and well decorated. I bought the breakfast and I thought it was soooo worth it. They had such a wide variety of food and even a ramen bar. The staff was also so friendly and attentive. The host on the first floor helped us to order a taxi and then walked our luggage to the taxi and loaded it. Five stars isn’t enough. ALSO they have a custom line of body care and it smells so nice...

"Hotel located at the Busan Finance quarter so not exactly in the tourist area, but with subway right at doorstep. Comfy and clean room, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus point is the internet connection is weak in room, good in lobby at reception. "
