"The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly!! We were going to our grandsons graduation and she printed off directions to help us. In the evening we couldn't figure out something regarding the cooling system and the TV and the desk clerk came up to the room twice to assist us. They were so friendly and we love staying there."

"Bathroom smelled funny and when we looked under the sink, it was covered in black mold and wall board was "not there". Mirror was worn and paint chipped off. On the other hand, breakfast was decent and the folks working there were very nice! In general terms, the room is basically suited for 1 person. There is very limited dresser/drawers to unpack clothes as it were. as a result, you kinda need to live out of the suitcase which we don't like."

"The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"Great value for the money. I needed a room prior to flying out from Albany Inter Airport, and didn’t want to spend a lot for a few hours stay. This hotel was perfect! Reasonably priced, very clean, good bedding and towels, great shower and water pressure, and safe parking. I left very early in AM so missed out on the free breakfast, but did see the dining area which was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely book with them again when flying out of Albany!"

"Hidden away on a side street, this is a really convenient, well run place to stay. It’s located a very short distance from I87. Just super clean and quiet, with a very good free breakfast. Also, there is a local restaurant across the parking lot. I do a long, south to north trip annually. This is my favorite stop!"

"There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given."

"I've stayed at this motel many times and find it to be a great balance of value vs. condition/cleanliness and a good stay. The staff literally could not be any friendlier and are a highlight of the stay, very accommodating and go out of their way to help with any needs you may have. I will definitely continue to stay here when I am in the area for hiking trips."
