"The area itself is nice , the hotel was accommodating , just couldn’t shake the urine smell in the hallways , someone did mask it with cologne but other than the scent in the hallway this place was ideal for what I was looking for and needed "

"Hotel was very up to date and clean. Bed was comfortable, keurig was clean which is never the case in hotels. Bedding and towels smelled nice and clean. Being next to the airport we were worried it would be loud but we never heard one plane. "

"We travel 16 hours from Houston to Iowa a few times a year. The Hampton at the Kansas Star is a perfect half-way stop to relax, recharge and get ready for the 2nd half of the drive. The food is great in the restaurant. Watch sports on the big TVs. Play a game in the casino, then stroll up for a good night's sleep. There's a [name omitted for legal reasons] Motel about 45 minutes down the road in Nothing, Oklahoma where we used to stay. It was - at best - sketchy; at worst - scary. Since we discovered the Hampton - we don't stay there anymore. :) Thank you, Hampton."
