The valet service was rude, there was a line of cars, and I was the next in line and they walked past me and addressed all of the cars behind me first. I suspect it is a preconceived bias.
On the third day of my stay, housekeeping came and cleaned the room and took a large paper grocery bag that I had all of my snacks and drinks packed in and they threw it away. In addition, I had brought a plate and fork from home and they threw away both the plate and the metal fork. (the fork was part of a match set.) when I brought this to the attention of housekeeping, they indicated they were having problems with these two housekeepers. They offered up some free snacks, but we’re unwilling to do anything about the missing fork."
