"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however,...

"Charged me an Expedia and then charged me again on arrival, then tried arguing with me about it. Room was dirty, dust everywhere, debris on beds and carpet."

"We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend."
