Room was clean, definitely an older hotel.vibe to the place which is appropriate given its history. You even get an actual Room key, not a card. Staff helpful, parking can be a little odd but they do have an overflow lot which is helpful.

Loved the charm of this property. Check in was smooth and the staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Cannot express enough how much I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and refreshing not to be in a modern cookie cutter hotel

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have an oversized vehicle such as a camper or van parking may be a little tight or you may need to park on the street. The rooms in the hotel are a little small but they are quiet. There are not refrigerators in the hotel rooms, but if you want a slightly bigger room and refrigerator book a stay in the motor in part of the hotel. The rooms in this historic hotel are very charming, the mattresses are 10/10 comfortable, the showers have great water pressure and if you are looking for a great night sleep, this is the place!

We were in the motor inn section. There was a large event in town that limited availability of accommodations if you hadn’t made an advance reservation. Amenities were adequate for our overnight stay. Good recommendations from staff for restaurants near by. Would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay at the Finlen Hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the lounge were friendly and professional, the room was clean and well-kept, and the location is perfect for exploring uptown Butte. It's always nice to stay in a historic hotel that has been well-maintained and is comfortable but still feels historic. I'll definitely stay at the Finlen next time I'm in Butte.

This place is a gem. The motor inn took me back to family road trips when I was a kid - but with much better beds and entertainment. The rooms are spotless and well-kept, and quieter than most modern hotels. Staff was very helpful.

There was plenty of room for a 2-queen room. Mine was on the corner, so there were some pretty decent views of the street below. Beds were super comfortable, and the staff was awesome. The 2-queen room I had was two separate rooms combined with a door. The only downfall was there was only one little portable ac, but we all slept well enough with the ceiling fans running. I would stay again, given the opportunity.

This old, historic hotel is a gem located within the old downtown of Butte. It is well worth a walking tour of the downtown to see old historic buildings of the past. We've not seen anything like it before. The hotel has been exceedingly well maintained. Rooms are spacious enough, quiet, well ventilated and the bathroom has its original tile from when the hotel was built.

Just a great stay. My partner and I were passing through town, and we love Butte for its history and people. The Finlen was a natural choice that didn't disappoint! Room was spotless and exactly as pictured. Front desk staff was super helpful. We got in late and had a drink at the lounge where the bartender was lovely and the locals were plentiful. In the morning we had a great walk around uptown before breakfast at the M&M before hitting the road. Parking was easy, the building is beautiful, and we wished we could stay the month!
