Once we did we were given our room keys and the person at the desk left the property. Other guests arrived after we did and their keys were in lock boxes on the room doors. We did not need any services and the room was large and comfortable, but I was a bit concerned that there did not seem to be any staff around or any type of security - concern...

There were 5 of us and we have a “room” with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa but it was actually a one bedroom suite. A room with a double bed, then a double bed and sofa bed in the main room.
