"Clean room better "

"Liked the room overall. Clean. Bed comfortable. It was missing the usual amenities like a light on the desk. Note pad & pad. Extra blankets and pillows. Had trouble regulating the heat in the room. Why is toilet paper so far behind the toilet?? Night light in bathroom."

"We checked into our room and went out after a few minutes to Foxwoods casino. When we returned at around 930pm we discovered we did not have a remote controll for our TV. They brought one to us. The refrigerator was not cleaned a ice mask was left in the freezer and the bathroom door did not close appropriately. There was no body wash in the shower. Our coffee maker has a layer or dust on top of it. Breakfast took about 20 minutes to be waited on and the pancakes i ordered were not served with the strawberries and powdered sugar as the menu read and it took 25 minutes or so for them to come out. The waiter never came back to check on us and instead of asking how everything was. He asked "if we were all set" no have a good day...nothing.... this was the worst experience we have had at this hotel. "

"Yes the meal was good. We went to the casino, but we had to drive because they don’t have a shuttle. So when we came back parking was not good."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean with nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Plenty of towels! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Mystic area and Groton. A variety of restaurants nearby."

"Freshly painted hallways. Outside door at end of hall was always unlocked though. Garbage can outside emptied daily. They didn't recycle even though a container to do so in the room. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee and juices were good. Bagels, mini mufgins, yogurt, apples, and a waffle machine for patrons to use. Small pre-made frozen egg and sausage sandwiches were horrible. The cheese on it was horrendous. McDonald's and DD right down the road."

"Check-in and checkout procedures were a nightmare. But other than that, it was awesome!"
