"Excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux, bien entretenu, calme, avec une cuisine équipée. Il manquait quand même un peu de vaisselle, surtout des verres autres que verres à eau. Nos amis avaient réservé un autre appartement et heureusement ils avaient, eux, différents verres. Nous avons donc pu boire du champagne dans des flûtes. "

During the course of our vacation around Germany, this was the best Hotel so far. Very clean but also very professional employees. Not pushy or unfriendly at all. Everybody was very professional and courteous. Hotel Hessischer Hof offers not only a great room to stay for the night, they offer a great experience. "

Wir sind angereist nach Münzenberg. Die Pension liegt aber in dem Ortsteil/ Gammbach in einem Industriegebiet, was nirgends vermerkt war. Das Zimmer war geräumig. "The building is outdated in a secluded residential area - probably 1950s. The main entrance, which is in the restaurant section reeked of the scent of diesel fumes. I didn't know there was not an elevator or I would not have booked the room - I'm 75- too many stairs and boards on the bottom of the bathr door of 4 inches high - in the darkness, I tripped! The facility is supposedly 100% no-smoking, but smokers did so anyway and it was impossible to keep the smoke out of my tiny, insufficient...
